Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days).

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During holidays, product launches, or peak demand, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Costs

  • A flat rate of $4.00 applies to all orders.

  • This rate is valid across the United States and does not vary by distance or state.

  • No hidden charges will ever be applied.


Delivery Time

  • After processing, orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries are managed by trusted U.S. shipping partners to ensure packages arrive safely and on time.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.


Delays & Exceptions

Occasional delays may happen due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment/unit numbers)

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Carrier issues outside Candin’s control

While Candin is not responsible for such delays, our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.


Multiple Items in One Order

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery.

  • It is normal to receive one item before another. Rest assured, the remaining items will arrive shortly.


Shipping Limitations

  • United States only: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders cannot be split across multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if shipping to different locations.

  • We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes within the U.S.
